Driving out to our Ranch?
Our Pet Policy – pets are welcome but we require proof of vaccination and deworming. Please fax or email documents. Please also include this information when making a booking. Upon arrival, please keep your pet in your vehicle until a crew member comes to greet you.
Trip cancellation and medical insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate insurance coverage for your trip at Muktuk Adventures. Your policy should cover injury, illness or death, trip cancellation, emergency medical search and rescue, flight accident, travel accident, loss of baggage and personal effects.
Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% is required for all full-day and half-day tours. Cancellations made within 48 hour of your tour is non-refundable. Remainder of bill is charged to credit card 24 hours before tour.
For self guided tours, full payment is required upon your visit. Multi-day packages require a 20% deposit if booked more than 45 days from tour date. Remainder of invoice plus waivers are due 45 days before tour start date.
A deposit of 20% non-refundable reservation fee is required for all accommodation (cabins and rooms in main lodge). Cancellations done between 72 hours and more before reservation are refunded 80% of the total charge (20% deposit is retained). Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
